Shades of Greatness is the first collaborative art exhibition inspired by the history of the Negro Leagues developed by the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City, Mo. The traveling exhibition features 34 works of original art created by a host of national and regional artists who were each given a detailed orientation to Negro Leagues history and challenged to produce works based upon their research and creativity.

This exhibit was made possible through a grant from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Council, funded by the Arkansas Real Estate Transfer Tax.
