Our Education Team is excited to announce a new time starting this month for our Caboose Reading at the Depot Museum.
Join Mrs. Glenda Biggs as she reads from an important book about families and children dealing with a major health issue. It is titled, "Grandpa's Crooked Smile: A Story of Stroke Survival" developed by My Michigan Health, as part of a community-wide stroke education campaign. The purpose of this book is to help young children, and their families learn what to do if someone they love has a stroke.
Snacks will be provided.
Location:
DCC Depot Museum
95 Missouri Street
Helena-West Helena, AR 72342
For more information, please contact DCC Education Director Candace Dolls or Museum guide Glenda Biggs at 870-338-4350.
This event is free and open to the public and we encourage all area children to attend.
