Join us on the third Saturday of July to learn more about pickled, smoked, dried and brandied foods. We’ll prepare foods using these preservation methods and some of the fresh ingredients available to us right now. We’ll also pull out some previously preserved foods from earlier in the year and have a look at how they fared.
