The DCC is excited to announce the return of our Kid's Delta Days Summer Camp at the Depot Museum from Monday, June 24, to Thursday, June 27. Camp will run from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. each day. Although the camp is free, registration is required and there is a limit of twenty-five participants. It will begin each day with breakfast and end with lunch. Unless notified, parents are responsible for travel to and from camp.

This event will expose campers to the rich cultural heritage of our Delta and the music that has helped shape this region. In addition, kids will also learn the basics of writing a song, creating a diddley bow, and maybe getting a chance to perform on the DCC's own King Biscuit Time radio program. They will also learn about southern cuisine, including fried green tomatoes.
