In honor of Black History Month, the Delta Cultural Center will be showing films that celebrate African American culture and depict the Black experience in America. Join us on February 24, 2024, at the Miller Annex on historic Cherry Street in Helena, Arkansas at 12 p.m. for the showing of "Black Panther." This event is free and open to the public.
