Al "Papa Rap" Lopez, originally from Puerto Rico, is an award winning song writer (John Lennon Song Writing Contest) and a charismatic Latino performer, musician, writer, and inspirational motivational speaker.
His live stage show engages your audience with bilingual songs, fun drum playing, and Caribbean Salsa and Merengue dancing. Papa Rap’s show is completely interactive with the audience, as it sings and dances to his tunes—some even get to come up on stage to play some fun drums as they become part of his Latin Beat Band.

“I'm the leader, Yo soy el lider" Show—motivates students to find help in communicating with parents and teachers to become better leaders by making the right choices on being drug and alcohol free and staying out of gangs. Includes resources, action plan, and service-learning project.
“Feed Your Brain-Alimenta Tu Cerebro” Show – campaigns for literacy by feeding your brain with books, coming to school every day, being the best in taking the test, writing because you have the right to write, college preparation, understanding and capturing one’s talents and resources, and putting them to use.

Fun Drum workshop- 45 minutes to one hour $550 (15-30 participants) $300,00 for additional workshop same location or nearby. up to 4 work shop a day. Travel/lodging negotiable.
