THE ARTIST REGISTRY IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUBMISSIONS OR REGISTRATION.

The online Arkansas Artist Registry is a free service provided to the visual arts community. Visual artists may post contact information, a link to their website and display up to 10 images of their work. The registry does not include films at this time.

Benefits:

It is an excellent tool for visual artists who would like a web presence, and for arts enthusiasts and supporters to discover the rich variety of visual artists in Arkansas.
Artist Registry members receive our e-newsletter and e-blasts as well as information about workshops, competitions, calls for entry and other postings. Members are also eligible to participate in Small Works on Paper, the annual juried visual art exhibition sponsored by the Arkansas Artist Registry.

The outdoors is my studio, where I photograph agriculture, nature and landscapes, with occasional diversions elsewhere. I began working in film decades ago, but have transitioned largely to digital capture. I still experience a stimulating adrenalin rush every time I focus on a newly chosen subject, especially during the sweet light of early morning or late evening. While my agricultural photography is oriented to producing straightforward images in a unique or creative way, much of my work in nature features abstractions of color, shapes and natural lighting.
