THE ARTIST REGISTRY IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUBMISSIONS OR REGISTRATION.

The online Arkansas Artist Registry is a free service provided to the visual arts community. Visual artists may post contact information, a link to their website and display up to 10 images of their work. The registry does not include films at this time.

Benefits:

It is an excellent tool for visual artists who would like a web presence, and for arts enthusiasts and supporters to discover the rich variety of visual artists in Arkansas.
Artist Registry members receive our e-newsletter and e-blasts as well as information about workshops, competitions, calls for entry and other postings. Members are also eligible to participate in Small Works on Paper, the annual juried visual art exhibition sponsored by the Arkansas Artist Registry.

I never considered myself an artist.That is until 2018. I had confidence in my creations. I believed in myself and I have since then been featured in artist exhibitions and competitions. I took art classes and learned from it. I fell in love with charcoal. Chiaroscuro is what inspires me. I like getting my hands dirty. I am a self taught photographer. I like editing photos as much as taking them. Surrealistic photo manipulation is what I am good at. I like seeing things in a different view. It is interesting seeing art from a photographer’s perspective. I am always trying to get the perfect composition. As an artist I am connected to the human experience. I believe that I can convey emotions in my art and photography. Although some may argue that photography isn’t art; I would gladly prove them wrong.
