The Juried Artist Directory is an online listing of visual artists who have been recognized through jurors and independent panels for programs and awards through the Arkansas Arts Council. The Directory recognizes and honors artists who are doing extraordinary work in Arkansas and have been highlighted through the Arts Council's services, programs, grants or awards.

The Directory helps enthusiasts and supporters discover the rich variety of visual artists in Arkansas.
The Directory highlights, showcases and recognizes visual artists in Small Works on Paper, Governor's Arts Awards, Arkansas Living Treasure, and Individual Artist Fellowship programs.

Artists chosen for the Directory have the opportunity to showcase their artworks on a free platform to help promote and market themselves and their artistic careers. Works can be updated by contacting the artist services manager.

My artwork playfully reflects the passion I feel for life and spirit. Working primarily with textiles and fibers, including paper and found objects, I create paintings, collages and mixed media pieces which seem painterly from a distance but convey an inner world upon closer view. My inspiration comes from nature and its relationships—interplay of life, color, light, and movement. While my paper/fiber work uses recycled items and leans towards representational, it is informed by exploring my inner world working in abstract painting, collage and art journal pages.
