Stained glass has been central to my life since 1972, on learning the basics from my uncle, John Yaskot in Chicago and later working for Renaissance Glass in Austin, TX. In 1994 I opened my own one man studio, Arkansas Glassworks. Since that time, I have provided stained glass for about three dozen churches around the state, as well as for many homes in Central Arkansas. In addition, I repair and restore windows. One of my favorite activities is teaching, and I have given private lessons at my studio as well as lessons at the Ozark Folk Center on how to reproduce quilt patterns in stained glass. I recently began selling quilt squares, Celtic knots and other designs in glass on Etsy.
