I am a potter based in Little Rock. I grew up working in my parents' pottery shop. My mother and father, Barbara and Jim Larkin, own Fox Pass Pottery in Hot Springs. In 2001 I received my BFA with an emphasis in ceramics from East Carolina University. I work in my studio in Little Rock where I make functional and sculptural stoneware pottery. I make wood fired, salt glazed pots in addition to traditionally glazed pottery fired in a gas kiln. I also have an interest in using local or regional materials in my clay and glazes. My work can be seen at Fox Pass Pottery as well as other venues in Little Rock.
