THE ARTIST REGISTRY IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUBMISSIONS OR REGISTRATION.

The online Arkansas Artist Registry is a free service provided to the visual arts community. Visual artists may post contact information, a link to their website and display up to 10 images of their work. The registry does not include films at this time.

Benefits:

It is an excellent tool for visual artists who would like a web presence, and for arts enthusiasts and supporters to discover the rich variety of visual artists in Arkansas.
Artist Registry members receive our e-newsletter and e-blasts as well as information about workshops, competitions, calls for entry and other postings. Members are also eligible to participate in Small Works on Paper, the annual juried visual art exhibition sponsored by the Arkansas Artist Registry.

For me philosophically, art is not just for the young idealists out in the world. Art is for all people of all backgrounds and ages. I have restarted my art career late in life, and as such, I have never felt more alive. My artwork takes a kinetic view of the natural world, almost energetic. Often referencing the natural world, my work takes the subject and raises it above their surroundings. Watercolor, to me, is alive. What better medium? While my approach and process in each project is different, my methodology is consistent.
