Visit the Old State House Museum on Thursday, May 7, and Friday, May 8, when we host two special school days in conjunction with the Circus Hitched to a Tornado: Arkansas Politics in the 20th Century exhibit. The museum will offer 90 minute programs for 2nd-7th grade school groups, including: a tour of the Old State House; interaction with living history characters portraying some of the Arkansas politicians featured in the exhibit like Hattie Caraway, the first female elected U.S. Senator; and hands-on activities.
